New Zealand's renowned Winemaker Allan Scott is coming to Australia to host a series of Winemaker events including lunch at Sofitel Brisbane Central. Allan Scott is the man who planted the first Sauvignon Blanc grapes and became one of New Zealand's most popular winemakers. Celebrity Chef Alain Fabrègues is coming to Queensland for the long awaited launch of his first cook book, 'Degustation; A Master Chef's Life Through Menus'.

Chef Alain is the owner and head chef of the much lauded restaurant The Loosebox, located beyond his adopted hometown, Perth, in Western Australia.

If you can't make it to one of the 'Magnifique' events on Tuesday 24th of August, Chef Alain's three-course degustation menu will be available from Wednesday 25th of August until Saturday September 4th.
