COCKTAILS AND MARTINIS

Cuvée Lounge offers a variety of signature cocktails, fresh fruit cocktails and an array of cutting edge 'fusion' cocktails. 'Fusion' cocktails take ingredients not readily used in traditional cocktails combining them to create a twist on the classic, resulting in innovative and delicious combinations. Enjoy an indulgent Vanilla Passion Cocktail or Cuvée Espresso Martini.

The Cuvée Luxury Margarita made with José Cuervo Reserva de la Familia was introduced in 1995 to celebrate their 200 year anniversary as the world's leading producer of tequila. Each bottle is handmade, numbered, dated and sealed in wax. Every year the Cuervo family commissions a different Mexican artist to design the new collectible box for José Cuervo Reserva de la Familia.

Also Grand Marnier cooked up to sell their 150 anniversary cuvée, the Cuvée du Cent Cinquantenaire. The vintage liqueur with the tongue-twisting name isn't for everyone, as noted by their ad campaign that brands the liqueur as: "Hard to find, impossible to pronounce, and prohibitively expensive." The liqueur is created from cognacs from the Grande Champagne region aged up to 50 years and has a wild orange flavour. It is a richer, more nuanced version of the standard Cordon Rouge version that we are all familiar with. It was developed in 1977 as part of the 150th anniversary of Grand Marnier.

CHAMPAGNE

In our exquisite Cuvée Lounge Bar we offer a large range of both vintage and non-vintage champagnes, including several by the glass and Prestige Cuvée such as 1990 Dom Ruinart, Dom Perignon 1976, 1983 and 1992, 1997 Bollinger La Grande An€e and 1998 Veuve Cliquot La Grande Dame.

WINE FLIGHTS

In addition to the extensive wine available by the glass, Cuvée Lounge offers three wine flights, each with its own theme, showcasing the merits of different varieties and regions. It is a great way to gain exposure to wines you would not normally encounter, with each served in a specially designed flight stand and presented with tasting notes.
