INTERACTIVE DINING EXPERIENCE

The interactive kitchen has set a benchmark for innovative dining. The theatre of chefs cooking live to an audience provides a stimulating, visual tableau and an international dining experience that will ensure you come back for more.

Challenge your tastebuds with 150 different dishes weekly and delight in 15 international themes including French, Mediterranean dishes in wood-fired ovens, Indian fare in our authentic Tandoor Ovens or watch as Asian cuisines come alive in our Chinese woks.

BREAKFAST

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast including all the interactive kitchen favourites and on weekends a free flow of sparkling wine.

Weekend Interactive Breakfast: 6.30am - 10.30am

LUNCH

The interactive lunch experience includes a range of international cuisine served from our live action cooking stations, mouth watering market-fresh seafood and decadent petit desserts. On Saturday and Sunday relax with a leisurely lunch, including a free flow of sparkling wine.

Saturday and Sunday Interactive Lunch: 12noon - 2.30pm

DINNER

The interactive dinner experience includes an indulgent array of international inspired dishes from our live action cooking stations, market-fresh seafood, individual salads, antipasto selection & fresh wood baked breads. Treat yourself to our selection of petit desserts, homemade ice cream, decadent chocolate fountain and international cheese selection. Friday and Saturday interactive dinner experience offers an additional variety of market fresh seafood, freshly brewed barista coffees and a selection of teas.

Sunday to Thursday 6.00pm - 10.00pm
Friday and Saturday Interactive Dinner: Early Sitting: 5.30pm - 7.30pm
Late Sitting: 8.00pm - 10.30pm
