PATRICE FALANTIN - EXECUTIVE CHEF
A graduate of the Lycee de Hotelier de Toulouse in France, prior to migrating to Australia Patrice worked as an instructor at Cooking School France in Paris and was private chef for a French government minister.
After working in the United Kingdom at Harrods London and the exclusive Hyde Park Regent, Patrice moved to Sydney and worked at the five star Four Seasons Hotel for more than five years.

PASCAL TADIN - DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE
Pascal commenced his Sofitel career in 1998 in the kitchens of the hotel Sofitel in Cannes, France. Since then he has worked his way up the food and beverage ladder working in a number of leading international hotels including the Palace Martinez, a 2 Michelin Star Hotel which is a member of the Leading Hotels of the world, the hotel De La Paix in Geneva Switzerland and the Hotel Hayfield Manor in Cork, Ireland, which is a small Luxury Hotel of the World.
Pascal joins Sofitel Brisbane Central from the Sofitel Dalat Palace in Vietnam, where he has held the position of Food and Beverage Manager since April 2008. In additional to his illustrious career, Pascal has worked in famous restaurants including Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France as well as Restaurant Prieure Charles Plumex – a 1 Michelin Star restaurant in Thonon Les Bains, France.
