Room hire is not included in the Wedding Menu Packages or the Cocktail Reception Package. Your Conference and Catering Executive will be happy to provide the applicable room hire for your chosen reception room.

We can recommend some of Brisbane’s finest florists for you to discuss your special requirements. They will work with you to enhance your ideas, give you innovative and practical advice about the best flowers for the season to suit your budget.

In conjuction with our suppliers we can theme your wedding reception around a myriad of ideas. From balloons to a silk lined function room, your Conference and Catering Executive can provide numerous concepts for your special day.

Your Conference and Catering Executive can recommend a variety of entertainment from a DJ to a 10 piece band. Costings can be provided on application.

Our Chef will be happy to cut your wedding cake to be served as dessert and garnished with coulis. A charge of $5.50 per guest will apply. The price of your Menu Package will be adjusted accordingly. Your Conference and Catering Executive will be happy to discuss this with you.

Should you wish to have your wedding cake cut into finger sizes and served with tea and coffee or placed in cake bags, which you have supplied, we are pleased to extend this service at no additional cost.

The Sofitel Brisbane welcomes children at your Wedding Reception. We understand there is a need to also cater for ‘little’ guests. Highchairs may be provided upon request.

Pre Dinner Spirits
Standard spirits are available during pre dinner for a 30 minute duration in conjunction with your selected beverage package at an additional charge of $6.50 per person.

After Dinner Beverages
A selection of desert wines, ports, liqueurs and cognacs are available to be served at the conclusion of the meal. Prices are available upon application.
