The new Thyme² Restaurant features the theatre and movement of an open plan, interactive kitchen and delivers a totally unique and inspiring dining experience reflecting world-wide dining trends.

Sleek tandoori ovens, wood fired ovens and wok stations feature in the extensive choice of dining alternatives for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menus include a la carte and five course epicurean degustation menus, a diversity of freshly prepared dishes from the interactive kitchen, a 30 minute business lunch and Sunday brunch.

The celebrated French culinary brand, Lenôtre offers diners an exquisite selection of patisserie items including delicate cakes, tarts, pastries and desserts baked in the French tradition.

Cuvée Lounge Bar features over 20 Champagne houses, an extensive list of Australian and New World wines, a martini menu and organic cocktails.

Celebrate with a cool ‘Oriental Mule’, an Asian influence cocktail of citrus infused Stolichnaya vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice, lemongrass syrup, fresh diced ginger and coriander topped with ginger beer. Or perhaps a ‘Mayan Martini’ featuring white chocolate, dark crème de cacao, Stolichnaya vodka and birds eye chilli is more your style!

Top it off with a selection of tempting mezze from the lounge menu and you have the perfect place for a rendezvous with friends.

The Lenôtre experience also extends to Cuvée Lounge Bar as a High Tea of tantalizing pastries, cakes and finger sandwiches. The Lenôtre High Tea experience includes Cone au Chocolat, Macaronades, Tarte au Citron, Opera, Camaieu, Ambiance, Scones Jam & Cream, assorted finger sandwiches and a selection of tea and espresso coffee.
