Jerome Magisson, one of our fabulous chefs in the Privé249 kitchen has been awarded 'Most Outstanding Pastry Chef 2016' by the Australian Culinary Federation this week with a bronze, silver and gold in different categories.
Jerome works at Privé249 with James Gallagher our Chef de Cuisine and is passionate about creating modern, inspired and truly sublime dishes for Prive249 guests.
This Masterpiece is now on display at the Privé249 Maitre D desk situated on the lobby level. This represents more than a month of preparation and 30 hours of work. Fresha Mardira from Pastry also won a silver medal for her entry in the 'static dessert' – same competition.
