A sophisticated open-kitchen dining experience, Suzette Buffet offers diners the opportunity to experience a vast, ever-changing selection of unique dishes and global cuisines, showcasing the finest, freshest produce.
Embark on a culinary journey around the globe, with our internationally-inspired range of hot dishes, inclusive of a varied mix of much-loved classics and more adventurous offerings. Pair with a diverse selection of fresh, inventive salads, dips, cold cuts, Australian cheeses, and breads.
The pièce de résistance for many though is undeniably the island laden with fresh local seafood. Savour Mooloolaba cooked prawns, marinated green-lipped mussels, Sydney Rock oysters, bugs, and whole baked salmon.
Finish by filling your plate with our tempting array of sweet treats, all made in-house in our very own patisserie. From ice-creams, sorbets, decadent desserts, and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows and strawberries, you'll want to make sure you leave plenty of room.
NOTE: The Suzette Buffet will be closing temporarily from Sunday 31 December 2023, resuming Friday 16 February 2024. Our summer à la carte menu will however be available for lunch and dinner daily.

Dress Code Policy
Please note a smart casual dress code applies in Suzette at all times, meaning we kindly ask all diners to please refrain from wearing thongs/flip flops, singlets, activewear or swimwear while dining in the restaurant.
Suzette Buffet Child Policy
For all children under the age of 10, a parent or guardian must accompany them when accessing items from the buffet to ensure the correct utensils are used and to protect the health and safety of the child and fellow diners.
