For Breakfast, indulge in an expansive selection of breakfast favourites, including a live omelette station and eggs cooked your way, international dishes, fresh juicer, seasonal fruit and let's not forget an abundance of pastries cooked daily in our very own patisserie.
Lunch and Dinner boasts an mouth watering spread from the land to the sea. Our seafood is sourced locally and presented daily on fresh crushed ice. Fill your plates with cooked King Prawns, fresh shucked oysters and marinated mussels. On Friday and Saturday evening, top it off with juicy Moreton Bay bugs and delicious sand crabs.
It doesn't stop at seafood with a selection of ten gourmet salads prepared daily, Nori Rolls, fine cured meats with tasty dips and antipasto. Our hot buffet offers an array of Australian favourites such as the slow cooked roast meat and vegetables, as well fragrant curries, pasta dishes and our local barramundi filets cooked various ways.
Save room for dessert as our international crafted pastry chef Joel Helot and his team fill the dessert buffet with sweet creations and everyone's favourite chocolate fountain.
