An inviting space with soaring ceiling and elegant décor, Bistro Suzette maximises its prime inner-city location above Brisbane’s iconic Central Railway Station, directly across from Anzac and Post Office Square.
A beloved destination for celebrating special occasions, Bistro Suzette embarks on an exciting new chapter under the direction of our newly appointed Executive Chef, Alexandre Goyard. Inspired by treasured memories and culinary journeys, his menu invites you on a trip to France, where timeless French cuisine is crafted with the finest Australian seasonal ingredients, all prepared using classic French techniques.
The menu offers a thoughtfully curated selection of dishes prepared with finesse. Signature highlights include the quintessential ‘oeufs mimosa au caviar’, a refined expression of Bristro Suzette’s dedication to authentic French gastronomy.
No experience to Bistro Suzette is completed without dessert, and you can finish with our signature Crèpe Suzette or traditional crème brûlée, or indulge in one of the restaurant’s creations, like the profiteroles and tarte Bourdaloue.
For tables of more than eight dining à la carte, we invite you to indulge in our four – or five-course menu. Or, elevate the occasion with Bistro Suzette’s Group Menu, served in our Prive room, a prive setting with sweeping views over Anzac and Post Office Squares.
