I just want to pass on my massive thanks to you and the team for the fantastic service we received at the venue.  It was an absolute pleasure working with you for the entire lead up to the event you were incredibly efficient and accommodating to all our needs you certainly made my life a lot easier.  As a client I know we are quite demanding but absolutely nothing was too much trouble for you to facilitate and the same applied when we arrived at the venue with Ian and our banquet manager (whose name I cannot remember sorry). They worked overtime to deal with every situation and every demand, the morning of the conference was particularly stressful and they managed everything we needed. The night ran very smoothly we had slight miss communication with dinner service but Ian and I worked well together to get things running very smoothly.
