Crafted by a proud Māori member of our Cuvée team, the Kawakawa Sour is a vibrant and unique twist, featuring Native Bush Basil syrup from New Zealand, Bombay Sapphire gin, limoncello and fresh lemon juice. It's zesty, earthy, and elegantly finished with a dehydrated orange slice and cracked pepper.
Perfect for an intimate evening or an after-work indulgence, this month's signature cocktail is curated to elevate every moment.
