This Mother's Day, celebrate mum in timeless elegance with a beautifully crafted long lunch at Bistro Suzette - designed for sharing, connecting and spoiling her in the most delicious way. 

Begin with an elegant seafood platter featuring Moreton Bay bugs, Hervey Bay scallops, Mooloolaba king prawns and freshly shucked oysters. Then gather around the table for indulgent mains that are as sumptuous as they are memorable, including Gold Band Snapper and the show-stopping O’Connor Angus Chateaubriand. 

The sweet finale is pure joy, with a dessert station featuring a flowing chocolate fountain, handmade petit fours, delicate verrines, house made cakes, ice creams and plenty of irresistible little
surprises to make mum feel truly spoiled. 

Complimenting this day of well-deserved indulgence, we invite mum to visit our bespoke Flower Station. Thoughtfully curated with a selection of premium seasonal blooms, this complimentary interactive experience invites each guest of honour to design and handcraft her own beautiful petit bouquet. Guided by our team, mums can mix, match and arrange their favourite flowers into a personalised keepsake to take home - 
a floral touch, just for her.
